EuroBox TV Return Policy

1 EuroBox TV allows you to return any physical product within 30 days of purchase, but only if the cancellation request is received within 14 days of receiving your order.

2 If you think your order maybe faulty you should 1st contact us by email and describe the fault in detail, with images if possible.

3 If, after receiving your product and within 14 days you decide you no longer require the item you must return it back in the same condition as received with all original packaging, failure to do so can result in a 30% handling fee.

4 For digital or virtual delivery products sent by email such as activation subscriptions, we will not issue refunds, clients are advised to take trials prior to placing any order and due to the nature of the product we cannot be held liable for problems encountered with internet speeds or device compatibility.

5 You must NOT use VPN with our Gold package, we have our own software in place and any use of VPN may disable channel loading or block your account, so if you wish to use a VPN then please do not order any package from us, as we are not able to issue a refund once the package has been purchased.


6 If your complaint is about service or channel not available, this cannot be taken into account as reason to return. The IPTV service provider can update channels at any time which we cannot controls, so we urge you to continue with the service and do not renew when your subscription expires.

7 Any refund case or claim made against us with Paypal will result in instant ban of your subscription and blacklist of your IP. We will also provide Paypal all details of purchase including correspondence & order details such as emails, payment details and addresses. We have a 90% success rate with Paypal cases so urge you to think before you open a resolution against us.
